Krishna Mohini is a poignant drama set in the holy land of Dwarka, India, following the journey of twenty-one-year-old Krishna, a gifted singer and sole breadwinner for her family. As she navigates life’s challenges, including her brother Mohan’s struggle with gender identity, Krishna must confront societal norms and prejudices while striving to protect and support her loved ones. With themes of identity, family, and resilience, Krishna Mohini sheds light on the often-overlooked issues facing the transgender community in India.
